Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete your account in the Trippers app, published by Coplango B.V., and what happens to your data when you do. It applies to both the iOS and Android versions of Trippers. For full details on how we handle your data, see the Trippers Privacy Policy.

Delete your account in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Trippers app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Open Privacy & security.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately — you are signed out and your account can no longer be used.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email hello@coplango.com with the subject “Delete my Trippers account” from the email address associated with your account. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes your account credentials, profile information, trips and itineraries, expenses and budgets, packing checklists, saved destinations, notification history and preferences, and device push tokens from our active databases immediately. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.

What may be kept

Subscription transaction records required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes may be retained for the legally required period; they are no longer linked to a usable account. Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you may also be retained.

Note on subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an active Trippers Pro subscription. Cancel it in your store account: on Android via Google Play → Subscriptions, on iOS via Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You can delete individual trips (including their itineraries, expenses, and checklists), saved destinations, and notifications directly in the app at any time — deleted items are removed from our servers. To request deletion of any other specific data, email hello@coplango.com and we will respond within 30 days.
